   These lights are great! I installed three of them in my bathroom and the work like a charm. They are able to reflect light back from the mirror while cutting back on the lighting costs. I also use them in lamps. They are great for night time illumination. (Posted on 1/4/10)

   I wasn't sure if this bulb would be more of a spotlight bulb or a flood light bulb, but at 300 lumens vs. 85 lumens I really wanted to give it a try. I have installed one of these in each of the 6 elevators in our building in Hawaii and would describe the light as a flood light. The light is about 7 feet from floor to ceiling and the whole floor is lit up with this bulb.
   
   Along with 5 L-48 white bulbs for replacement of incandescent bulbs, we are now using 18 watts of power instead of 300 watts of power per elevator and estimate $3000 savings per year and that doesn't include the labor of changing out incandescent bulbs.

   I bought 2 of these several months ago and I couldn't be happier. They have so far not dimmed and work very nicely as always on lighting for my basement. I'm saving a lot of electricity and the basement is a lot safer now. Saves me turning on the main lights when I just need to get something. I'd buy them again. (Posted on 4/21/09)

   These are fantastic. I started off with 4, now I am getting many more to replace most of my fluorescent bulbs. The light is a very bright spot daylight -- I love it. Also, 2 of these at the front door can be left on at all times -- 6 watts of energy, so it's less than a night light, yet they provide fantastic light around the front door outside. Very "hip" light, too. (Posted on 4/21/09)
