Bought these for replacing flood lights in my kitchen and living room. Definitely need the warm light variety and the regular white buld gives a very blue hue to the room. Not the best bulb for lighting a large room, but best used in combination with brighter fluorescent bulbs. Had one misadventure when the flat part of the bulb, the part holding the leds, detached spontaneously from the housing, but this was easily glued back. Suspect these bulbs were made in China.
Generally OK for low intensity lighting, but not for reading lights or for lighting large rooms.
