All shipping will be done using United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or Hong Kong Postal. Customer will be able to select their shipping method of choice during checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method of your choice after entering your ship to address. All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Golden Gadgets is located in a share warehouse, therefore absolutely no pickup in-person allowed due to security concerns.
Please note that orders with multiple items can be shipped in separate boxes, with no additional shipping charges. Packages will either come from our Los Angeles warehouse or our Hong Kong warehouse, depending on the product(s). You can simply figure out where each item is shipping from by looking at "Additonal Information" at the bottom of the product page. Under "Shipping From", it will state which warehouse it will be shipping out of.
All California residents add 9.75% sales tax.
Processing time can take up to 1-2 business days for California warehouse, up to 5 days (up to 10 days for holiday season) for orders shipping out of Hong Kong. All shipping time frame do not include weekends or holidays.

Products shipped using this method will take approximately 14-21 business days from the day it is shipped out (due to the holiday season, packages can take up to 30 business days to arrive). Orders shipping with USPS or Hong Kong postal can only cancel if the order has not been shipped. Once the item has shipped, you can return it back to us within 30 days of receiving for a refund.
Please call us immediately if you wish to cancel your order once it has been placed. We will be able to cancel the order if the order is not marked as shipped.

* A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. GoldenGadgets.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by GoldenGadgets.com
Please fill out this RMA form to submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number and form. Please include display the RMA number prominently on your package and include the form with your package.
* 30 days guarantee only applies to iPods, cell phone accessories and toys. These are set under special restrictions. Air soft item may only return for repairs only. Video games are unable to refund once it has been opened.
* All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by GoldenGadgets.com.
* Cross-Ship (Advance Replacement)
All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:
o Customer agrees to pay first. In order for GoldenGadgets.com to process the accurate cross ship request, customers will have to pay for the replacement product first.
o The exact exchange for the same product. Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
o All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.
* All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to GoldenGadgets.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Physical Damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages). We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.

From the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

All toys sold by GoldenGadgets.com comes with 30 days manufacture warranty.
Flashlight Warranty does not cover any physical damage or any scratches. We only cover manufacture defectives. We are not responsible if this RMA is issued after the 30-day manufacture warranty period has expired.
* Limited Non-Refundable Return Policy
This is our Detailed Limited Non-Refundable Return Policy. Products that state "This item is covered by GoldenGadgets.com's Non-Refundable Return Policy", or items labeled as "Non-refundable" (or similar labeling) are not Refundable and warranties will be covered by the manufacture and not GoldenGadgets.com.
Due to the nature of "Non-Returnable items", they are not covered by our standard return policy. These items are acquired for each specific order and non-returnable on our end - thus we do have a non-returnable policy on these items. If any of these items are damaged or defective you can promptly contact the manufacturer under the warranty and conditions.
